12oz340 grams hot full fat coconut milk (can sub milk of your choice, hot water, or half warm milk/half hot water)
2tspmatcha powder
1tspmaple syrupmonkfruit sweetener, or raw honey
1/2tspSuper Green Protein Powdercan sub nettle or moringa powder
1/2tspMCT oilcan sub coconut butter or coconut oil
1/2tspvanilla extract or vanilla bean pasteif using paste omit sweetener unless you like it sweet, which I do! I use monkfruit sweetener and Nielson Massey Vanilla Bean Paste in mine
dash of cinnamonI do a two finger pinch
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high power blender or a pot.
Whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk or blend on high for 1 minute until frothy. I prefer to use my Vitamix because I get a level of froth I don’t get with the whisk, but both methods work perfectly well.
Pour into cups & drink immediately. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired!
